And There Off…
The NFL season has started with the New York Giants downing the Washington Redskins 16-9. The only thing of real fantasy note was the Brandon Jacobs. The bruising Giant RB looks like a solid number 2 back in most leagues. If he is out there on the waiver wire pick him up.
Players and teams to watch this week:
Brett Favre; duh!,
Cincinnati offense; they are loaded with potential fantasy stars but the team is bad.
Green Bay; As goes Aaron Rodgers so to does Ryan Grant, Greg Jennings and lots of fantasy teams.
Cleveland; owners of Derek Anderson are holding their breath and hoping.
New England; Will Tom Brady come anywhere near 50 TD’s, I wouldn’t bet against it.
A sleeper start: Watch Joey Galloway, if the Buccs WR is healthy give him a look as his stats against New Orleans are impressive.
